A. All photographs ordered will be processed using state of the art equipment
and materials at the Snelson Color Photo Lab, in Springville, Utah. Panoramas
will be scanned, stitched and processed by Snelsons for optimal quality.
B. Unless specified otherwise all photographs will have a Protexture protective
spray that makes unnecessary using glass with your frames. This provides a
distinctive texture giving the impression of a fine oil painting and shows the natural
beauty of the photographs without the interference of flare.
C. Photographs larger than 11x15 will be shipped by USP rolled in 6x6
boxes.
D. Digital Files for personal use of any photograph on this website can be
requested for a fee of $100. They can only be purchased and used for personal
purposes using your own printer and cannot be resold, used in any commercial publication,
nor used on any web site.
E. Stock use: All of the photography on this website is available for
one-time usage. You will have to contact us via email for a quote, giving
us the following information:
1. Use (Advertising, greeting cards, calendars, magazine, etc.
2. Size of Image.
3. Print runs (what magazine, newspaper, book, and the circulation).
4. Placement in the publication (cover, inside, etc.)
